High Wycombe-based company, Smartcomm, has received national recognition for its work in smart home technology from the industry trade association, CEDIA (the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association).

The company, who specialises in the design, installation and integration of electronic systems for the modern, intelligent home, won the Best Integrated Home under £100,000 category at the annual CEDIA Awards.

Set in 6 acres of landscape gardens, the 10 bedroom property also features a dedicated Home Cinema System a with 60” HD Plasma, Multi-Room Audio, Lutron Homeworks Lighting System, Siedle Video and Audio Gate Entry System, CCTV with Wireless Transmission and a mixture of designed lighting effects with a playful colour changing lightbox and LED’s. Not forgetting the stunning Pool Room boasting an all year round heated pool with built in Jacuzzi and a Sauna/Steam Room.
