Meridian 810 Reference Video System offers 10 megapixels (CEDIA Expo Denver 2008)

The Meridian 810 Reference Video Projector offers an effective resolution of 4096 x 2400 pixels, or 10 megapixels, which means 5 times a full-HD 1080p image. The 810 system has two primary elements: the new, specially calibrated D-ILA light engine projector and Meridian's 810 Reference Video Scaler featuring Marvell's award-winning Qdeo video processing technology that will convert any digital source (480i to 1080p) up to full 10 megapixel resolution. The PKI Xenon lamp is capable of delivering up to 4000 lumens. The native contrast ratio is 10,000:1. Four different throw-length lens packages will be available.
